Provide an option to redeem an iap via code. This will be good for special promotions

Consider adding offer option to Store Promoted IAP's
When a user clicks on iap in store page, currently it directly prompts the purchase. Instead provide an option to attach a offer to it. This helps in having special IAP for promoted purchases on store - cool one to have!
